At Redpath Sugar Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Belleville plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing electrical and maintenance support for the entire plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all electrical and maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production, packaging, and ancillary equipment throughout the plant.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to achieve plant maintenance goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Certified Licensed Electrician with experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLC troubleshooting, relay control, and calibration/instrumentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Experience with HMI, PLC, and Total Performance Management (TPM) is an asset.
