Job Description

This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of the company's payroll function and support global teams. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for 1000+ employees, encompassing bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls across Canada, the US, and LATAM. Your expertise will be essential in overseeing hourly, salaried, and unionized payroll cycles for the organization. Key responsibilities include:
  • • Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls for a growing retail company throughout Canada, US, and LATAM.
  • • End-to-end payroll processing for 1000+ employees.
  • • Must be comfortable overseeing hourly, salaried, and unionized payroll cycle for the organization.
  • • Year-end reconciliation and submission of source deductions, WSIB, EHT etc.
  • • Ideally 3-5 years of experience processing high-volume payroll.
  • • PCP or PLP certification an asset.

Requirements

  • • Excellent knowledge of payroll processing, preferably with high-volume payroll experience.
