Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Pioneer is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and manage staff performance
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
