The Electronics Assembly Team Lead role at Ontario Corp. is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership position in our production team.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to lead our electronics assembly team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, ensuring efficient operations, and promoting productivity and product quality.
Responsibilities- Establish and manage work schedules to meet production targets.
- Oversee the safety of operations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related field.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Judgement and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and potentially odorous environment.
Ontario Corp. offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This role also comes with benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
