About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Wellness Clinician to join our team at Fraser Health. As a member of our Community Mental Health and Substance Use Services team, you will provide comprehensive support services to individuals and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional care and improve outcomes for our clients.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Counselling Psychology or Social Work, and have at least two years of experience working with clients and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders. A strong understanding of community resources, case management, and crisis intervention is essential. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams is critical.
