About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Mark's as an Assistant Manager, Interim, Southridge Ave. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the B2B Mark's Commercial Business function, including order entry and management, and coaching the team to ensure accurate and timely ordering and delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by leading the team to deliver service model standards to each customer.
- Lead the B2B Mark's Commercial Business function, including order entry and management, and coaching the team to ensure accurate and timely ordering and delivery to customers.
- Implement, communicate, and ensure compliance with all operating procedures, processes, and policies.
- Manage scheduling and follow up of execution on shipping/receiving, eCommerce fulfillment operations, cash management, and operations systems & compliance.
- Assist in preparation and execution of annual inventories.
- Follow and ensure compliance of all corporate LP, cash and audit, and OH&S policies and procedures.
- Assume responsibility for all operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop department team and store team.
- Proven ability to build and manage a daily, weekly plan for the department and store.
- Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills.
- Superior training and mentoring skills.
- 3-5 years retail experience required.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
- Basic computer skills required.

Our salary is determined based on a combination of factors, including individual experience, store volume, location, and other relevant role-specific requirements. Beyond a competitive base salary of $37,200 to $55,800, you'll enjoy company benefits, bonuses, or any additional compensation.
