Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Stratford Raja INC. as a key member of our food service team.

Job Summary:

The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training new employees, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training new employees in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
