Job Title: Stock Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Clerk to join our team at An Nam Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Stock Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, receiving and processing stock shipments, and ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed on store shelves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process stock shipments, including inspecting goods for damage and verifying quantities
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting and recording stock on hand
  • Restock shelves and display areas to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Process customer transactions, including operating a cash register and handling customer returns
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Working Conditions:

The Stock Clerk will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to cold and refrigerated temperatures. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting, and bending.
