About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at 1153663 B.C. LTD. as a Brand Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a spokesperson for our organization, advising clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, and assisting in the preparation of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including advertising and sales promotion campaigns.
  • Communications: Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to clients and stakeholders.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions, ensuring they are executed smoothly and effectively.
  • Research and Analysis: Gather and analyze market research data to inform marketing strategies and improve client engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Transportation: Willing to travel, with access to public transportation.
