Job Overview

At PARADISE CONSTRUCTION, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Design Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of $65,000 per year and 35 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engineering specifications and drawings for construction projects
  • Conduct field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Create detailed construction specifications, costs, and material estimates for project planning
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings using CAE and AutoCAD software
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop project schedules and coordinate construction activities
Supervision and Teamwork

The successful candidate will supervise and support a team of 1-2 individuals, ensuring the effective completion of construction projects.

Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in CAE - computer-aided engineering software
  • Skilled in AutoCAD software
Area of Specialization

The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction design and supervision, with a focus on building technologies and sustainable construction practices.
