Prestige Vernon Lodge is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lodge rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and stock linen closet.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Work Environment:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and handle heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Seasonal.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
