Civil Engineering Division Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Division Manager to join our team at TechnoGénie - Chasseurs de Talents. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a team of civil engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of civil engineers and provide guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
