Job Summary

Emser Tile is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate 3 (Picker) to join our team at our local Distribution Center. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for picking all line orders and staging them for shipping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and stage product for shipping in a timely and accurate manner
  • Utilize RF Scanner to ensure accuracy of product
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Picking position
  • Ability to work in a Distribution Center environment (cold in the winter, hot in the summer)
  • Ability to lift weight up to 100+ pounds
  • Ability to see and hear
  • Ability to use hands and arms
  • Forklift certification required
