Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals experiencing problems related to addiction and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical oversight and supervision to clients in our Opioid Dependency Program
  • Support case management of clients through local and provincial resources
  • Liaise with local partners to provide the best possible care to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to create connections and support ongoing care of clients
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited nursing education program
  • Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in an Opiate Dependency Treatment program, Supervised Consumption Site, or other relevant Addiction and Mental Health setting
