As a Customer Service Representative at Leavitt Machinery, you will play a critical role in driving new sources of revenue for our Service department. With a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building, you will be responsible for:

- Selling service agreements and effectively managing customer relationships

- Generating new Service and Parts revenue within assigned territory

- Meeting sales targets by adding accounts to maintenance programs and establishing maintenance plans for customers

- Maintaining customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accounts

- Building and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel

- Conducting regular customer site visits and meeting with new prospective customers

- Producing leads and opportunities for all Leavitt Machinery business units

- Tracking leads and maintaining accurate records in our CRM

To succeed in this role, you will need strong B2B outside sales experience, a post-secondary degree or diploma in business, operations management, or sales, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
