Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, making us one of the top-paying restaurants in the area. In addition to your base pay, you can expect:

Job Responsibilities

As a Server Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our servers by ensuring tables are prepared with proper mise en place, cleanliness, and completeness. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer inquiries about food, beverages, wine, and other restaurant functions
  • Assisting with food running to ensure timely delivery to guests
  • Maintaining section cleanliness and organization
  • Communicating effectively with servers and hosts to optimize seating
  • Practicing high floor awareness and attention to detail
  • Monitoring food quality and presentation standards
  • FOLLOWING all food safety standards and systems
  • Performing daily cleaning tasks, including garbage disposal and linen changes
  • Sharing customer feedback with servers to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field (asset)
  • Smart Serve certification as a requirement
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • High level of product knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage
