Job Summary:
As a Medical Nursing Unit Professional at Health Careers in Sask, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Kindersley. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide total client care with a focus on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Work collaboratively with the Medical Nursing Unit team to achieve high-quality client care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and evidence-based research
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Nursing diploma
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
