Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the sales and marketing activities of our sales, project management, and purchasing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement the strategic direction of our sales and marketing division
  • Collaborate with management to develop and achieve corporate goals
  • Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve sales and marketing processes
  • Ensure departmental decisions and project plans are in line with the business plan and vision of the organization
  • Establish and administer the department budget
  • Provide periodic performance reports to the CEO/President and other executives

Requirements

  • University diploma in an administrative or technical field
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in project/contract management/sales in a manufacturing company
  • Fluent communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with different cultures worldwide
  • Experience in the transportation industry
  • Experience in the railway industry
