Hiring Requirements:

We reach 50,000 points of sale through various distribution models, including independently operated Direct to Store (DSD) routes, direct ship, third party distributors, cross-dock/customer warehouse, and others. The Transformation & Sales Optimization department within Canada Bread - Bimbo is responsible for our go-to-market strategy to ensure we bring our products and services to the market in a way that's targeted to customer segments, value proposition, sales channels, and cost effectiveness,

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Lead and execute the sales strategy for Western Canada to meet and exceed revenue, distribution, and profit targets.
  • Team Development & Management: Build, coach, and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure maximum effectiveness and impact.
  • Go to Market Execution: Develop and execute current and new distribution models to maximize distribution and volume growth in all channels.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key retail partners and distributors across Western Canada.
