Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Om Ganesha Enterprises Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the sales floor
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and achieving productivity goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and promote a positive store culture
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
