Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Assist healthcare professionals with administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records and processing paperwork.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Patient Care
- Administer tests and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Provide excellent patient care, including taking medical histories and scheduling appointments.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Communication
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
