Salary
$50,000 - $55,000 per annum

Job Description
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position that requires processing and reviewing claims for coverage as per companies policies and coverage guidelines. Providing superior customer service to clients via portal, email, and phone is also a key responsibility. Developing internal and external partnerships to enhance overall customer service experience is essential. Additionally, providing information on denied claims, preparing detailed support documents, and engaging with external stakeholders to confirm outstanding accounts are critical tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with high volume claim files. Real Estate and Legal Assistant experience can be an asset, as well as the ability to review documents and re-calculate adjustments made in a real estate transaction. Prior Customer Service experience is also required. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a team player.
