Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Nova Scotia Ltd. o/a HI Dartmouth.

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments and key management
  • Verify and balance cash and credit transactions, including room charges and payments
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room inventory and reservation management
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment:

The Night Auditor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
