Taxation Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Taxation Services Director to join our team at Canadian Global Tax Inc.

This is a full-time permanent position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our taxation services department and providing expert guidance on tax-related matters to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in taxation services or a related field.

• Lead and manage a team of 3-4 professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the taxation services offered by Canadian Global Tax Inc.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their tax needs are met and exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in taxation laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in taxation services or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.

Candidates must be willing to travel occasionally and work in a fast-paced environment. A credit check and criminal record check may be required.
