* Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless operations.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

* Attention to detail is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring high standards of customer service.
* You will be required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, making this role suitable for those with a moderate level of physical fitness.
