Job Title: Jr. Quality Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Jr. Quality Engineering Specialist to join our team at Value Edge Employment. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Lead problem-solving initiatives to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their quality expectations are met.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
  • Corrective Action: Initiate and manage corrective action processes to resolve quality issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to ensure quality awareness and skills among team members.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports to track quality performance and trends.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum three-year diploma in mechanical engineering or materials engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Five plus years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: PMT Certification level 1 preferred.
