**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team, supporting clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions. As a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will assess client needs, create individualized treatment plans, and provide education on safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies. Your expertise will support return-to-work programs, including job coaching and accommodation recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assess client physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Educate clients on topics such as safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies.
  • Support return-to-work programs, including job coaching and accommodation recommendations.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management.

**What We Offer:**
Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. **Qualifications:*** Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.* Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.* Ability to be autonomous, working both independently and as part of the team.* Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development and FCE Trained.* Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long-term disability, and WCB referrals is an asset.* Experience supporting occupational rehabilitation is a strong asset.
