Job Title: Sign Installer

We are seeking a skilled Sign Installer to join our team at Channel Letter Depot. As a Sign Installer, you will be responsible for installing signs and other visual displays in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Installation: Determine the most efficient installation procedures and layout for signs and other visual displays.
  • Documentation: Accurately document and prepare invoices and work orders for clients.
  • Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Equipment Operation: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and operate hand tools as needed.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers and ensure they are following safety protocols and procedures.
  • Equipment Setup: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Proficient in the use of hand tools.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel as required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with physical demands including handling heavy loads and working at heights.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctual, client-focused, dependable, efficient in interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexible, organized, and a team player.
