Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

FEI International Express Halifax Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Train and supervise staff in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory control and supply chain management.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Permanent full-time position, 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.

Personal Suitability:
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Organized and reliable with strong communication skills.
