We are seeking a highly skilled Master Plumber to join our team at A-1 Drainage Plumbing & Heating Ltd. as a System Design Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and plan plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste drainage systems based on blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare detailed quotations and tenders for clients.
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
- Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and fittings.
- Join pipes using various materials and equipment such as couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering, brazing, and welding.
- Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
- Estimate costs and material requirements.
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing and system design.
- Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
