This leadership role is responsible for implementing and sustaining the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS) at our site. You will lead projects to review supply chain processes and related areas, applying advanced continuous improvement principles and practices to improve products, quality, efficiency, financials, operations, and related areas. Your responsibilities may include participating with management to prioritize project initiation, developing project objectives, facilitating teams, leading the implementation of project results, and tracking project results.
- Serve on the site leadership team to build organizational capability to implement and sustain the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure in the identification and elimination of losses and waste.
- Monitor and support key metrics and KPIs for overall supply chain performance and process effectiveness within the site. Support and coach KPI owners in completing gap analyses, identifying and implementing corrective actions, and assessing to ensure that gaps are closed.

- Lead a portfolio of projects and teams in the review and analysis of moderate to large supply chain processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Identify supply chain process requirements, improvement opportunities, and best practices for the site, ensuring alignment with the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure. Lead replication activities for the site.
- Leverage site data to prioritize initiatives, define project requirements, scope, resources, team members, tasks, and project owners.
- Drive consistent and effective use of pillar tools, communication across teams, and seamless reapplication of company best practices and standards. Partner with site management and process owners to implement new processes or guidelines, determine improvements, identify and track savings, develop reports, and receive approval when required.
- Assist with training and coaching others to build organizational self-sufficiency with continuous improvement methods and tools.
You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Strong situational leadership skills to influence all levels of the organization within the plant location.
- Capable of building strong relationships with Operations leaders to effect change.
- A high level of credibility and influence among hourly associates in the site.
- Analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills to assess needs, understand issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Able to design, develop, and deploy improvement strategies that support TreeHouse, divisional, and site strategic objectives.
- Able to become the subject matter expert for supply chain processes for the site and continuously create the future state.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent site continuous improvement activities.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other applicable applications such as Microsoft Project, Minitab, etc.
- Minimum 4 years of plant-based manufacturing experience, previous project management experience, and continuous improvement skills training.
