Job Title: Masonry Specialist

About the Role:
This role is a key position within SDH Stucco, requiring expertise in masonry and construction. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, and structural tiles, estimate materials and tools, construct and install prefabricated units, and supervise other workers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, and structural tiles for various construction projects
• Conduct thorough estimations of materials and tools required for each project
• Construct and install prefabricated masonry units as per design specifications
• Develop and submit detailed tenders and quotations for clients
• Construct patios, garden walls, and decorative installations that meet client expectations
• Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks accurately to meet project requirements
• Supervise and guide a team of workers to ensure efficient project completion

Skill Requirements:
A strong foundation in masonry principles and practices
Excellent estimation skills for material and tool requirements
Ability to work efficiently with a variety of construction materials
Effective communication and supervision skills for team management
