Design Program Manager

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Design Program Manager to lead our Experience Design team in delivering high-quality design work. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Experience Design team in process and prioritization to align delivery with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Design team to deliver high-quality designs and act as a bridge between Design and Development teams
  • Identify team needs and implement changes to optimize designer efficiency
  • Lead or collaborate with Design team leadership in key project decision-making
  • Establish project timelines and tasks and manage large offline projects
  • Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release
  • Interface with internal business partners throughout various departments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of production/project management experience
  • Ability to understand complex programs, scope, and prioritize projects
  • Deep experience working with creative/design teams and understanding how to integrate process with creative minds
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies
  • Thorough understanding of creative development processes
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on expertise with HTML, CSS, AJAX, DoJo, Flash, and/or Flex
  • Driving passion for creating products that resonate with customers
