We are seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to join our team at VetStrategy. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's compensation landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compensation programs that align with current market trends and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful compensation initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR colleagues, providing expert guidance on all compensation-related matters.
- Maintain accurate compensation data, ensuring integrity across all systems.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on compensation trends and market competitiveness to guide strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education.
- 5-7 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
- Progressing towards or already holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
- Committed to continuous improvement and always seeking out better ways to do things.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.
- Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing change and prioritizing tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel, and familiar with HRIS systems (Dayforce experience is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all aspects of work.
