Lead Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Community Liquor Store.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating performance, planning and organizing tasks, managing staff, and determining merchandise and services to be sold. They will also implement price and credit policies, locate and procure merchandise, plan budgets, and resolve issues that may arise.
About YouTo be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in retail management, with a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. You should be willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee daily store activities, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate Performance: Regularly assess store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize Tasks: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage Staff: Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Determine Merchandise and Services: Identify products and services to be sold, taking into account customer demand and market trends.
- Implement Price and Credit Policies: Develop and maintain pricing strategies and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Locate and Procure Merchandise: Source and purchase merchandise from suppliers, ensuring quality and competitive pricing.
- Plan Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for the store, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges promptly and professionally.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
