Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex mechanical issues.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers and ensuring their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient and effective vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Education and Certifications: Possess a Registered Apprenticeship certificate and an Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate.
- Work Environment: Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to dusty, dirty, and hot conditions.
- Work Setting: Be able to work in a garage environment with exposure to noise and other hazards.
- Experience: Possess 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Language: Be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
