Job Title: Senior Cloud Solutions Manager

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Manager to lead the delivery of B2B Cloud Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, developing and implementing project management processes, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage client expectations and relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company resources
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and financial reports
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates with clients and company stakeholders
  • Provide technical and business consultation to clients and company staff
  • Work closely with clients and company cross-functional teams to align technology planning with business objectives
  • Manage project scheduling, cost control, and scope changes to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in a cloud services delivery environment
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and resources
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based solutions and project management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and company staff
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Fluent in Microsoft Project and other project management tools

Location: Canada or US Virtual

Special Notes: Ability to travel as needed on an exception basis (1-2 trips per 6 months)
