About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our sales team for the Agriculture Division (John Deere) in the Cardston County area. This position will be based in Lethbridge and report to our Pincher Creek branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the designated territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and equipment, ensuring a high level of expertise in the sales territory
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow-up, and prospect reports as required
Requirements
  • Proven sales industry experience, preferably in heavy equipment or a related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
  • Ability to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally
  • A recent driver's abstract will be required
