The Inpatient High Tolerance Rehabilitation Unit at Baycrest Hospital is a dynamic environment that requires highly skilled and compassionate professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

As a Registered Practical Nurse on our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients attain maximum physical and functional goals while addressing emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

We are seeking an experienced RPN with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to join our interdisciplinary care team. Your responsibilities will include planning, delivering, and evaluating nursing interventions, collaborating with Registered Nurses to develop individualized care plans, and providing client-centred care to meet the personal, activation, recreation, and spiritual needs of clients.

To be successful in this role, you will possess current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario, a Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate, and experience in geriatric rehabilitation. You will also have basic computer skills and be proficient in Meditech, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

In addition to a competitive salary range of $36.46 - $37.05 per hour, we offer 30 hours bi-weekly, with opportunities for permanent part-time employment.
