Position Overview

As part of our cloud transformation, we are seeking an experienced Cloud/Machine Learning (ML) DevOps Engineer to join our growing AutoCAD team. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing new service offerings on top of a strong cloud foundation. You will work closely with development teams to streamline our development and deployment processes, enhance system reliability, and ensure the scalability and security of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new service offerings on top of a strong cloud foundation
  • Support development teams in leveraging our machine learning operations (MLOps)
  • Drive the design, implementation, and management of expanding observability infrastructure
  • Lead incident response, blameless postmortems, and production improvements
  • Collaborate with software development and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and maintain multiple business offerings
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and management of infrastructure using modern DevOps tools and practices
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
  • Manage and secure cloud-based environments (AWS)
  • Implement and maintain configuration management and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in DevOps / SRE or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
  • Expertise with container-based technologies, e.g., Dockers, Kubernetes
  • Expertise with infrastructure as code, configuration management tools, and cloud automation, e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation
