Senior Bilingual Trade Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
The Sun Life Financial team is seeking a highly skilled Trade Supervision Manager to oversee the daily trading activities of advisors and field leaders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular trade reviews, close supervision, and new registrant supervision to identify and resolve issues impacting risk, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Effectively manage queries and other tasks to support trade supervision within the broader team.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Best Practices team to provide training and coaching to field leaders and advisors on compliance outcomes.
- Proactively identify and share opportunities for improvement in policies, processes, tools, and reporting across the compliance ecosystem.
- Stay current with industry and regulatory knowledge through continued education.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for frequent interactions with colleagues and internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
About the Role:
