Key Responsibilities

  • Support various accounting tasks and initiatives, including month-end close processes, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and internal financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Analyze and interpret various financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management and stakeholders.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. CPA certification or enrollment in a CPA program is preferred.
  • Strong Excel proficiency and experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
