Job Overview:
The Relationship Manager, Advisor Services will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our advisor and branch teams by providing exceptional support and liaison services. This includes managing incoming requests, issues, and escalations across various channels, as well as maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with advisor teams in designated branches, working closely with branch management to manage expectations and resolve issues.
2. Develop an interactive and supportive branch check-in process where both teams can learn from each other.
3. Triage incoming requests from advisor and/or branch teams, prioritize, and determine the best path for resolution.
4. Support level 1 and escalated platform and operational queries, collaborating with other teams as needed.
5. Drive continuous improvement by identifying, suggesting, and participating in process improvements.
6. Provide clear, friendly, and encouraging written communication to convey prompt, compassionate, and accurate information.

Requirements:
1. Strong background in customer service with professional client interaction skills.
2. Team player with passion, empathy, and a sense of urgency for servicing clients.
3. Exercises sound decision-making skills and judgment.
4. Experience in implementing customer experience improvement plans and strategies.
5. Excellent listening, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

Education & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably within brokerage or wealth management in a sales assistant or front office capacity. Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completed preferred.
