Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Attendant to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton West Kelowna. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Restock and replenish supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
