About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Attendant to join our team at P & P Hotels Limited. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and ensure the dining area is well-maintained.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order Taking: Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant, pub, hotel, motel, or resort.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
Personal Qualities
  • Interpersonal Skills: Efficient and excellent oral communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
