About the Role

Vancity is seeking a skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform member transactions with a high level of quality service delivery.
  • Assess member/prospect needs to provide appropriate products, services, and referrals.
  • Apply branch service standards, policies, procedures, and controls to meet compliance requirements and mitigate risk.
  • Utilize technical systems to provide an efficient and seamless service experience for members.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Working experience interacting with people and businesses in a professional capacity with excellent customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.

Compensation

As a union role, the salary will be as per the collective agreement salary grid starting at $23.97 (Grp 2 Step 1).
