Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at 2127376 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events
  • Manage sales contracts, agreements, and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales initiatives
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or administrative support
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
