Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for bonuses and flexible benefits. Our comprehensive Total Rewards Program includes competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.

Job Description
The Administrative Assistant role plays a critical part in the success of our Wealth Management team. You will be responsible for executing client account administration, including account opening, maintenance, and resolution of client requests. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that clients feel supported by our team. You will work closely with Advisors to welcome and onboard new clients, provide timely responses to client inquiries, and maintain accurate records. As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' lives and contribute to the growth of our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have strong skills in working with various business applications/technology, as well as high-level time management and organization skills. You should demonstrate exceptional client service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, warmly, and efficiently with clients. A degree or diploma in a related field is not required but may be an asset. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) would be beneficial. Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures is an advantage. Experience in the securities industry is also considered a plus.
