We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Schedule Coordinator to join our team at Simplex Mechanical Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting project progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Warehouse and Production Co-ordination: Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project execution.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
