Job Description:
As a Senior Insurance Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to work with clients to uncover complex business challenges, identifying their needs and providing recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles. You will also share your expertise and knowledge as you coach and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and educate clients on insurance products
• Take ownership of client relationships and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community
• Manage more complex insurance cases
• Coach and mentor junior team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least two to three years of industry experience and hold an Insurance Broker Level 2 license. Additionally, you should be working towards obtaining a CAIB/CIP designation, and we offer financial support for approved courses.
We are looking for someone who is laser-focused, able to achieve sales targets, and build authentic client relationships. You should also be a master time manager, able to prioritize your workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion.
